I found Buildwell Construction thru Houzz and I’m so glad I did. I’ve always been hesitant to contact random companies for any renovation project because I’ve heard horror stories from friends. But when I first met Dragan to discuss our bathroom renovation, I just felt at ease. I also got a quote from three other companies. His estimate was fair and competitive. But more than anything else, he was the friendliest of them all. My husband is an engineer so when deciding on things, we often struggle with “paralysis by analysis.” Dragan was patient and always answered any question we had prior to proceeding with the job. There was not a time where he showed frustration with our questions even when we seemed to repeat ourselves. When we finally decide to move forward with the project, Dragan kept us informed of the plan. And when things didn’t go as scheduled due to specific issues, whether workers getting sick etc, he always let us knows. His primary helper Darko was excellent too. Even my six year old son asked everyday if they were coming because they were showing him how to use certain tools and got him involved a few times. Dragan definitely ensures his customers are satisfied with the results. We were very happy with how everything came out and we certainly are going to enjoy this space for years to come.

Buildwell Construction provides quality work with a fair price. Dragan and his team removed pop corn ceiling in the entire house, smoothed the ceiling & painted. It looks awesome!! I am so happy with the work. They also removed all the old flooring. They took out the old carpet, tile & hardwood to install new plank flooring through out my entire home. They also removed a 90’s glass block wall & resized a support column. I love it! Dragan kept me informed while all the work was being performed with great communication & staying on track with the time line. Dragan stands behind his work. I fully trust him as my contractor. I am looking forward to him replacing my Kitchen in the near future. Dragan is an awesome, kind person and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Dragan!!

What a difference working with a true professional. Dragan Lukic was excellent from start to finish. I sent a picture of what i was looking for and he followed up with a thorough explanation of how he would build the TV wall, the materials he would use and he promptly sent a detailed estimate. He worked very efficiently and very clean and organized. He was pleasant throughout the process and kept us informed as to how the project would progress. He also was helpful in coordinating with some audio and TV installation, even giving tips to the audio person. My TV wall came out beautiful and exactly what i was looking for.
